Van maandag 21 november tot vrijdag 25 november organiseert Fridays For Future Groningen een introweek, waar je Fridays For Future Groningen kunt leren kennen. 

With COP 27 approaching, and the chaos of climate destruction still encroaching on more and more people's lives, it has never been more critical to learn, share, and make your voice heard in solidarity with our planet.

FFF Groningen is the local branch of the international Fridays for Future movement, we are an inclusive, active and welcoming community and our introduction week is the perfect opportunity to find out about the range of work we do here in Groningen.

If you're interested in learning more about current environmental and political issues around climate change, meeting other climate activists in Groningen, and helping to demand more from the government then we've got you covered!

Programme:

Monday 21-11-2022 19:00: Welcome talk. Get to know Fridays for Future Groningen! Join us for a talk and discussion about COP 27 with Dr. Ceciel Nieuwenhout!

Wednesday 23-11-2022 18:00: Plants and posters. Get creative with us, have a drink and bring your plants and cuttings for a swap! Location: O'Ceallaigh's upstairs. 

Friday 25-11-2022 13:45: Green Friday Strike. We call attention to the climate crisis and demand real change from those in power! Location: academy building
